After over 10 years development, we have found Hunan Bio-essential Tech Co., Ltd and Hunan Flag Bio-technology Co., Ltd, with various product lines in Bio enzymes, Bio catalysis, Pharmaceutical & Chemical, Bio energy, healthy food and so on.
Based on innovation and various R&D platforms, we constantly improve our R&D technology and efficiency to enhance our core competence. Moreover, after carrying out instant and close cooperate together with Research Institutes and High schools, Hunan Flag has built up independent R&D technology and production procedures. We have been awarded as "National Key New Products" and “Hunan High Tech Products". Besides, we have obtained ”Hunan Sic-Tech Award" “Science and Technology Progress Award” and "Changsha Ceeusro Cooperation Award".
Qualification and Honor
Hunan Flag is the first manufacturer to produce Immobilized Penicillin Acylase and to produce 7-ACA with enzymes with two steps.
2003: Project of Produce 7-ACA with Double Immobilized Enzymes was regarded as High Tech Project.
2005:Enzyme used for 7-ACA was regarded as High Tech Products.
2006:Produce 7-ACA with Double Immobilized Enzymes gained the 2nd Prize of the Changsha Sci-Tech Advance Award; the first to finish commercial producing for D-hydantoinase and N-carbamoyl-D-amino acid hydrolase
2007:Set up Hunan pharmaceutical enzyme technology Engineering Research Center; D-hydantoinase and N-carbamoyl-D-amino acid hydrolase researched together with Chinese Academy of Sciences were taken into Nation 863 Project. Enzyme for β-lactam antibiotics was researched successful. Immobilized Enzymes for Amoxicillin ,Cefalexin and Cefeclor were finished.
2009: Obtained supporting from Hunan Ceeusro Cooperation Platform.
2010: Demonstration project of biological manufacturing industrialization was classified as industrial reconstructuring project by NDRC
2013:Manufacturing of enzyme for β-lactam antibiotics gained the 3rd Prize of the Hunan Sci-Tech Advance Award
2013: Program of Researching for producing non-natural amino acids by enzymes was regarded as key program in Changsha scientific and technological achievements project.
2015: Enzyme used for intermediate of Statins produced industrialization
